Park Lane

After purchasing property next to their existing home, our clients wanted a natural, park-like setting for outdoor entertaining on a grand scale. Since the new land was at a lower elevation than the house, it demanded a series of steps and terraces using Silver Mist flagstone to create a comfortable and seamless strolling path from one area to the next. The plant palette consisted of native prairie grasses for the meadow, and large sycamore, cedar elm, and Japanese maple trees. A viewing terrace with outdoor fire pit and grill station anchors the entertaining space.
