Award-winning landscape design in Dallas.

We meet with our client to determine what is most important to them and how they will use their space. We consider their initial and long-term goals, style preferences, their home’s architecture, and, when applicable, how we will work with their architect or builder. A strong first meeting and site walk help determine whether the project calls for a full landscape architecture master plan, phased work, or focused landscape design upgrades.

During budgeting, estimation and initial planning, we provide a preliminary working budget and outline key decisions such as layout, materials selection, planting strategy, lighting intent, and any custom hardscape design options.

Once the working budget is approved, we develop landscape concept plans to provide a visual element so our designers and clients can work together to perfect the vision. This personalized experience invites our clients to be part of the creative process, building trust and helping them understand all aspects involved in the project cost.

Pricing then finalizes scope, materials, and budgets so the design-build plan is ready for landscape construction.

Next begins site preparation and installation, where your project management team coordinates scheduling, timelines, oversight, and quality control across all phases throughout the duration of your project.

Your dedicated garden manager creates a custom, comprehensive concierge plan and oversees all aspects of care to nurture and ensure the health, beauty, and functionality of your gardens and pool. Relax and allow our landscape estate management services to protect your investment for years to come.
